Edit: Per request of discussion contributions, I can talk in depth about soldering w/tips & tricks, can discuss customs(such as what makes a good one, plate materials, switch choice, etc.), switches as an overall(Zealios, Vintages, New MX Cherry Switches, Gaterons), layouts(pros and cons), photography(background choices, angles, etc.), thoughts on the artisan scene, and more that I can't think of for the time being. Some of these subjects will obviously be opinionated but could help others in deciding.

Yeah, that's why I was waiting for people to post what they would talk about, so I can choose what topics to talk about, and when to schedule them. So people in PST aren't going to be on until later, so if we only have artisan makers on from the West Coast, it makes no sense to talk about them before they come on.

Well I would like to include as many people as I can. I will have the British gang on first (myself, Fire Brand, Photek) due to obvious TZ restrictions, as well as some people who have done it before (billnye, Hoff) and those who can only stay for a short time (MOZ) then the rest will depend on Time Zones really. So EST guys can join at the start too, so Lurch and whoever else. If Vesper can make an appearance that would be awesome, as would Demik if we go on long enough and he doesn't get stuck in the lovely LA traffic.
I imagine West Coasties like Zeal would have to come in later which would be good, and I will apologise to Sifo who said he would jump in if we needed numbers. Looks like we have more than enough right now.
As for those on the "cycle in list", I would quite like to have like minded people on at the same time to talk about each topic. So for Group Buys I would like to have hwood, zeal and billnye on at the same time as they are all current or recent GB organisers. For making stuff I would like to have MOZ and Steezus on at the same time to give their opinions, and with photography I would like to have all those guys on at the same time, so Zeal, hwood and Steezus. Depending who can get on first will determine the order we go in, so I've not got a concrete schedule, but there are a distinct list of topics I will bring up when we have the right people on.

So we actually managed just over four hours on the stream. We had a peak of 28 viewers and I think we managed about 15 people starring in the show which was good. Sorry to those who didn't get a chance to get on to the stream. Sorry Steezus for not getting you on, I did invite you right at the start but I don't know what happened :(
The video will replace the stream and the previous stream's video in the OP for anyone who wants to watch it later. Thank you for showing so much interest in it, and I hope that someone can organise a followup for the weekend some time in the near future
I think it would be nice to hold these semi-regularly, maybe not four hour marathons, but it could almost be a monthly news round up that gets broadcast live starring people who want to talk about their new projects or whatever. I dunno.
Anyway, thanks again, sorry for the teething issues. (Google Hangout is still in Beta just FYI ;) )

Seems like you could resolve this problem by just not working...
Jetlag is a pain in the ass to deal with though. :(
