How come some people have some many BB and artisan caps  :o ?

Time spent on GH * Cash/Luck/Deals with Devil = Artisan caps.

Took me a year to get my first Bro and Clack (got them within a week of each other) and in the 9 months since my collection has ballooned out to five Clacks and six Bros. Took a fair bit of PM'ing around to make the trades happen though, seems like I have to clear out my inbox about once a fortnight.

Yep.  Time, money, luck, and friends.  I went a year before having anything, and then I started out having a Clack on loan (thanks again wildcard ;) ), since I could never get lucky enough to actually buy one.  And apparently simply having one in your possession makes you that much more likely to get more, because about two days after I got that in the mail I got real lucky and a friend was kind enough to sell a Clack he didn't have a use for at cost.  And then it just snowballed, and soon I was winning Bro sales and Clacks sales fairly regularly.  Things have settled down for me personally, but it's always seemed like there's this weird thing where they're impossible to get until you get one, and then you can get a whole bunch.  Okay now I'm just rambling.   :))

I couldn't find a BB for a while then in October I won one and now I have 4. Still clackless though  :(.

The golden one pops out really nice! That mouse pad seems to be quite popular, i've seen it first here on GH several times.

The mouse pad is actually a gun cleaning mat made by TekMat.   :thumb:   They have different sizes of mats, so you can either have one three feet wide or a more standard size.  :)

They seem so hard to win that it motivates me to make (try) my own novelty caps! Having a nice concept would be a hard part and create mold from it as well. But it looks fun.

Well you never know I guess but anyway I guess they won't send the SWAT for some liquid silicone and dye. Or maybe these are the perfect matters for a bomb ... Who knows  ::)

You going to pour silicone over a building to cover it so no one can escape?!

Love that Three Kings, can't wait till mine arrives.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
