It’s yellow.
If you are running kitting from Dolch R5 is the bottom row going to be R5?Sorry I should have included that in the kit renders. I added it to the description of kitting. Sculpt: 1-1-2-3-4-5. So R5 bottom row.
You don't need the extra R2 1.25u Tab and R1 2u Backspace keys in the Extension kit since, unlike Dolch R5, this set doesn't have an extra alphas kit. The extra R1 1u `~ and R2 1.5u \| are also unnecessary since this set only uses two colors. All of these keys can be removed from the kit.Oh yes you are right, there are duplicates. I’ll have those fixed. As for the rest, I’ll look into. Thank you for the help.
Based on popularity, ISO-UK keys should be in Extension; and R3 Pg Up, R4 Pg Dn, R4 1.5u Super ×2 and second R4 1u Alt (not Alt Gr) should be in Base, rather than the other way around.
The second 1c space in Extension should be replaced with a 1.25c space. Only ortho boards use two 1u spaces, and since this set doesn't have ortho support, there's no need for a second one of these keys. On the other hand, 1.25c is useful for all standard split 6.25u space configurations, as well as for Alice-like boards. Optionally, you can also add two 3c spaces for standard split 7u space configurations and various boards that use a 3u space.
The R4 1u Ctrl key in Extension can be removed as there aren't any modern non-ortho boards that use two 1u Ctrls. Alternatively, you can change this key to a generic legend (such as Code), which will allow it to be used as a filler key in some miscellaneous layouts. But it's probably better if you just remove it to make room for something else.
Finally, consider adding R2 1.75u Backspace, R3 1.25u Tab and R3 1.5u Enter to the Extension kit. This will allow it to support most staggered 40% boards that are popular in the community.

By the way, this color would probably be a pretty good match for e-yellow Polaris.Yes! It looks like it would be pretty close! :)Show Image(https://i.pinimg.com/originals/d3/8d/a3/d38da3f797256a85b3684fe35e236560.jpg)
i love yellow. Maybe you can ask oblo to use ascii subs? They would be pretty fitting in my opinion
+1 for Cadet subsi love yellow. Maybe you can ask oblo to use ascii subs? They would be pretty fitting in my opinion
Or cadet? I’d buy either as child kits.

Yellow is the pee pee color and the egg yolk color. And the cute duckling color

Fantastic account. Talk to a pro renderer, these would make amazing scene renders.
Ha, I've gifted some friends this bubbly before for their birthdays. It's a good one.
My only feedback is that the white and yellow aren't the only colors incorporated in the branding of Veuve Clicquot. There is also a shade of light red that dots the labels. I think that completes the color scheme. I highly recommend you figure out a way to incorporate that into your primary colors, whether it's in your legends or as novelties/artisans.
GLWIC!

That's a really good idea. Even if you were to simply include an Escape and Enter key with red legends. It could work wonderfully!
Are there going to be any different alpha colors? I know the solid color will be cheaper to produce, but the solid yellow is a bit hard to look at, IMO tho
Unfortunately a week after posting the IC, my father was diagnosed with ALS. Along with figuring out what to do about his situation, I am business partners with my father, so it has caused a large increase in my workload on both fronts. So this passion project has taken a back seat as a result. I hope to be able to still run this set. I really appreciate people loving this set and I still really want this set too. I have been debating whether I can handle the time commitment of marketing the set along with handling everything with family and business. I have also been debating how public I should be about the details of my situation which is why I have been radio silent till now. I have been debating several scenarios: 1. Me running the set. 2. Me handing the set off to either a retailer or community member 3. Dropping this set. That really sucks. I sincerely wish you and your family the best. Please take care of yourself and your father. Expensive plastic can wait until the right time.
1. If I run the set, I do not plan to spend time adding novelties. I will clean up the kitting to get rid of duplicate keys and would plan on limited marketing if any.
2. This would entail handing all design decisions and profits off to someone else. They can decide to add novelties etc. There were some great ideas people had for additions to the set. If anyone is interested feel free to reach out. I will let those people know when I decide what to do.
3. Dropping the set and simply opening the idea up to anyone in the future that wants to do something similar.
Really appreciate the support guys and apologies for the radio silence!
Would love to see a render with a black keyboard. I think the other color combinations dont look as good sadly (except yolk), although I really like the color.
