Wouldn't even mind zinc weights to just add some extra mass to help dull out the higher pitches while still keeping the price reasonable at your 50 MOQ.

this was originally designed for my friends and relatives who wanted a custom keyboard that wasn't too heavy to bring around to-and-from the office, so I thought adding weights would kinda defeat that purpose. perhaps I could add some replaceable aluminium 'weights' and provide brass/stainless steel weights as optional extras

pending name change since there's an existing project by dnworks also called the 925 that I haven't come across until now  :-[

Ah, I see. I figured there must've been a reason you didn't have a weight designed into this. I'd be more than happy with having replaceable alum weights stock & denser material weights being add ons. Although since you have a prototype ordered already we'll get a chance to see how it sounds as it is designed right now. Never know it might be just fine as is without weights?

that'll be the first litmus test for sure, hoping for it to sound close to a cypher because that board sounds great without weights too
