I'm gonna use fiber insulating washers. Have a bunch left over from tactility restoration mod on my hhkb. They're all over eBay and Amazon tho

Important Update: 14/08/2017

Good News: First of all the cases are in the anodisation phase of manufacture and I am expecting to receive them in around 1 week customs and shipping dependant. I have also received all the Acrylic backpieces and Switchplates

Not so Good News: Unfortunately due to a manufacture part error with 2/3rds of the PCBs there will be a short break in sending out those boards affected ~ 1 week. The shipping order will be determined by the order in which I receive payment of shipping. To make it as fair as possible I will let everyone know the process for paying for shipping at 19:00 BST Tomorrow so everyone has a chance to see this post. Extras will also be available at that time to purchase.

As promised here is how you pay for shipping and the few extras that I have available:

I have setup a webstore http://ukkeyboards.bigcartel.com/ If you ordered two kits then there is an additional charge for shipping in the drop down menu.
The first 20 orders will be shipped out a week earlier as stated in the post yesterday.

In the US a lot of banks/ card issuers will charge a fee to convert the currency.

Your address determines the cost of shipping, this ensures that everyone pays the correct value of shipping. The £0.01 is because payments are not able to be 0.

You casn generade CAD with excessive edge padding (like 10mm), then edit it in the CAD editor to fit the cuts in the case or just cut it as is and the use dremel or other tool to fit (I'd recommend editing in the CAD SW though)
Of course, getting files from Roz is the easiest way.

I will have a github repo that has all the files needed to make plates or acrylic back pieces, it will also have QMK hex files of the standard ANSI and ISO layouts to help people who don't wish to create their own layout.

Update - Parts on their way to me:

I have been told by the case manufacturer that they will be sending the order out by 23rd with 3-5days shipping expected transit time, so I hope to have them all arrive by early next week.

The PCBs with the incorrect components are also expected to arrive around the same time meaning that the delay between the two shipments will be ~1week while I program the pcbs and QC.

The RGB Leds were the ws2812 instead of the ws2812b components, they look very similar from a visual point so was not picked up during their visual QC I think.

Does it affect overall performance of the PCB? If the PCB is functional in all other ways, I'd get it without RGB nonetheless.

It affected the reset switch working correctly, plus it hasn't affected the shipping time as it has been sorted before the cases arrived.

So PCBs with error are unusable as PCBs, unfortunatelly. But at least it can be used as a material for backplate. Anyway, if you don't need them, I could use one or two for my projects. I understand that I ask for more than ordered, but it's totally up to you.
