[Design] Alice30 keyboard

I've been working on this Alice style 30% keyboard today and am looking for some feedback / opinions on the design?

The layout features a 12x3 matrix, 5 and 10 degrees of tilt on the inner columns and a uni-stagger layout.
The board is powered by a ATMEGA32u2 along with some hand soldererable surface mount parts.
