It's capacitive but it doesn't have the springs under the domes that help give Topre their unique feel. It looks like it will feel like rubber dome.

The auction title just says that it is even more rare than a Realforce.

That first bid is from a member (not me).

Layout is spanish.

i have one of these btc capacitive keyboards, but it has springs rather than rubber domes.  it is horrid to type on.  they're completely linear except during the last 10-15% of key travel where you're compressing the bit of open cell foam that is sandwiched between the bottom of the key stem and the plate.  that feels as awful as it sounds.

it's possible that the btc keyboards with rubber domes can feel better than the ones with springs, if the rubber domes are designed to be tactile.

I can verify what the others have stated.  These BTC "53 series" capacitive keyboards are awful.  Worse than most rubber dome boards.

I've tried other capacitive keyboards and none of them are worth a crap. I think Topre is the only company that made this style switch feel good.

Seconding this, based on the one other capacitive board I have (beside the HHKB).

But they're capacitive with a buckling spring mechanism on top. ;)

got the BTC-5349 professional keyboard series from a friend for 0 bucks. it is capacitive with foam and a spring under the keycap. so, mine is mint and it is a great keyboard.
