So what does/did the 87 key set come with and why is there winkey and winkeyless sets for $25? I tried asking but never got an answer so I didn't order.

87keys with standard sets like any US ANSI set with 1.25mods and 6.25x spacebar.
Winkeyless is for 1.5x mods, off centered stepped capslock and 7x spacebar. The shop description has been since updated i guess.

87 key is just for stock Filco's etc with normal mods. The Winkey and Winkeyless kits are basically the bottom rows respectively for each setup.

I'll post some pics once i have my set i have an idea for black and red combo.  I'd love to paint the backplate of my filco red to make it look extra badass.

I haven't been keeping up with this, but price seems almost as much as the later batches of preorder ($95?). Unless the preorders include all the extra add-on kits. So why are people complaining about the price? Am I missing something here?

Btw sherry, not sure if you shipped out all preorders yet, but I still haven't gotten mine.

Yes the sets were cheaper for the GB but this isn't a group buy, you're buying from a vendor. He's well within his rights to charge extra for them considering he's fronting up the cash for them.

I swear this conversation comes up every time a vendor lists GB keys in their store. He's not running a charity, of course he's going to charge more than the GB price.

Not sure why everyone is foaming at the mouth over the Dolch; the Olivetti Blue set looks much better IMO.

There was no group buy.  I had already ordered it in last March.  I was real busy with other things, and I was trying to get the perfect color.  That's why it was delayed, so I did a pre order.  I still have some leftovers, but I just have to attend to all the current packages.  I can't handle any more Dolch orders for 1 person lol
