I've read both 60 and 100, in this thread I think.

In The Topre Thread 002 just mentioned he had an "interesting development" for us

I think that development was that we still need at least 100 before its a green light even though his suppliers also very much want to push this through.

Yeah planning on doing that when I get back from Japan. I would throw up an IC but it doesn't have any interest and I've already decided on what I'm going to do on everything. You guys should be psyched.

Anyways the reason I stopped by this thread was to check on the progress of this GB. I'd really enjoy a matching set for both of my boards if it isn't too expensive and I don't have the time to read the whole thread.

I think i'd be down for a reverse of these, a red cap with white lettering. These are neat but don't really make me want to spend that much.

No white on red, they'd be dyesubbed PBT. I am interested in Topre+HHKB-complete set though since I plan on getting a HHKB if this comes to fruition.

True actually, I hate how big the Realforce TKL boards are so HHKB2 is the only one for me at the moment.

They'll certainly have a mold for the FN key since it's just a standard 1x key. I'm not sure what the relative size of the HHKB right shift is. Looks like 1.75x.

Updated OP - sorry about the delay.
We're up to 85 now and I think that's actually less than the amount who have registered their interest because of the rollbacks that geekhack has had recently.
If you have registered your interest in the past and you cannot see your name on the list, please post and I will keep it updated.

Topre are aware of this interest check and we keep them updated with the numbers :smile:

I don't see why not.
I mean, technically they could do it. There are white keycaps with red and black ink on the Fujitsu Axess MCR.
Convincing Topre to make them though could be an exercise in futility :smile:
