Kommune ... please tell me that's a community forum or the term for a long-term project ... I am not ready for another sale just yet.

My first experience was the keywalla sale, but I was new to the community and wasn't into artisans yet, so I didn't enter the raffle. I later came across their past designs and absolutely fell in love with the snackey line, they seriously look good enough to eat. I entered the Kosmonavt raffle, but RNGsus wasn't on my side. While I may prefer some designs to others, I've definitely come to appreciate the time and effort that has gone into every single design and release. Some artisans seem content to use the same designs and rest on their laurels, but not you guys and that's something I think the community needs.

So if anyone wants to send some KK love my way, I'd love to get my first KK artisan! MX user btw, feel free to PM me, I'm going to be without internet from Thursday to next Wednesday, so if you PM me in that window, please be patient!

Wow, been skipping this thread for the past few days and just now read about the wonderful KK "Share the love" event. Awesome of you guys to think of something like that.

I entered the past raffles and giveaways KK organized but with no luck. If someone wants to share a MX-compatible KK key cap with the community, I would love to be the lucky recipient! I own only 1 artisan and would love to add a KK to my "collection". If need be, I can bribe you with some fancy sweets from Latvia. :D

Ok here's my real theory here

The name KeyKollectiv sounds very Russian, it uses the stereotype that the words have a lit of K's and V's in them. Collective farming was used a lot in the USSR, hence the name KeyKollectiv. Also, Soyuz Kosmanavt. 2Russian4Me

Now for "Kommune"

A Commune is a concept of Communism where all members work together and live happy and such, under Communism. This is also spelled with the same replacement of C's with K's as Kollectiv is.

Does this mean anything? Probably not. Probably

OR THEY'RE COMMIES WORKING FOR THE KGB

I agree, I enjoy the secrecy. The background for the cafe according to their own review on google is "Kommune was the spark that ignited the revolution in what is now a bustling arts district, F&B haven & retail sprawl." It also has some cool art both inside and out so maybe....

Or it could be completely unrelated. XD

Maybe something communal or community related like Scgmdx2 suggested.

Would love to receive my first MX KK.

I took a big hiatus from artisans and mechanical keyboards. Then I saw some pictures of KK's snackkeys and I knew I had to get myself some new artisans and a new board. Been wanting a KK artisan ever since. I even had the chance to receive some leftovers from the keywalla sale, but I ended up not realizing I had a PM for a week since I returned to the forums quite recently.

Kommune in Danish is like a county I beleive.  .

The best way I can describe it is: An area consisting of more than one town. There will be a mayor of the kommune but none in the towns.
I live in a town which is part of a kommune along with 6 other towns. We have one mayor in Gladsaxe and a city Council.

I would really really love to get pretty much any KK cap. I've lucked out of all the sales so far. I'm trying to get a good collection started, I haven been doing it for more than a year I think, so I don't have that many great keycaps yet. But I did get a turtle shell from tigersharkdude though. It's a pretty good start I think. Might be tradable. I will see.
