Good question and one that deserves an answer. V2 has been remolded/recasted from the ground up. Fitment and alignment were highly scrutinized this time around so those issues are behind us. However, keep in mind that topre keys naturally have a bit of "alignment shift" that can't be resolved through any means. Thanks.

Also, after playing around with it for the past 10 hours (not straight, obviously), I finally figured out why it's called a 'Nuclear' Key-Wala.

Any plans to do any more caps like this in the future? I think it's super neat.  :D

Oh good, I was thinking about dropping the cash on a Topre board and now here you come along with a REALLY DAMN GOOD REASON for me to do so. Any recommendations of a specific board to grace with these excellent KK caps should I be so lucky? If it helps, I like white keyboards (are there any?).

Like many others, I have a real affinity for HHKBs:

https://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=pfu_keyboards,hhkbpro2

Really for me it came down to sound - look on youtube for "hhkb sound", "hhkb type s sound", "realforce sound", etc. and you'll get videos of people typing in front of a mic - they all sound quite different.   In addition to those I listed, the only other one I can think of off the top of my head is the FC660C.

Don't mind the mediocre photography, just verifying my gift from rotciveel!

Shoutout to KK for this awesome event, happy to get my first KK and I'm sure the reward for participants is worth it!

Got a pic with the little note and jolly rancher he threw in as well as a snap of the little key-walla on my currently grab-bagged Shine 5.

So it looks like I'm not getting any stem swap offers for my WTT thread. Seeing as I currently have no use for my MX KK Artisans (Topre convert), I'd like to offer them for sale at cost to individuals that have yet to score in one of their raffles. Again, I would like them to go to individuals who have NOT won a KK raffle. Please PM me if you are interested in one of the following:

MX Calico Purrkey
MX Calico Meowcap V2 Traded to Yinzer for his giveaway.
MX Rocco Purrkey Sold to Mattc777 for $27 shipped

Thanks  :thumb:

EDIT: I'm trying to spread the love that is KK artisans. I'd like to keep this open to individuals that haven't won in any of the KK raffles and are thus KK-less.

Regardless, selling off my MX artisans was not an attempt to enter that raffle.

It's the dandy one from the recent sale, kind of hard to see the yellow eyes from the potato pic
