I think it's very interesting that you have the perspective that you don't have much of an online presence. I've always thought the opposite. I've actually had pretty extended correspondence between kudos and myself, even during the midst of a sale, I felt bad about it in retrospect but also really appreciated it. I am still basically a mechanical keyboard noob (especially when it comes to artisans) but you guys have been really kind and helpful when I had way too many questions based on naivety. And you have pretty much always responded quickly!

I don't know if you guys get sick of hearing it, but I really do appreciate what you guys bring to this community both as makers and just generally cool humans.

I’m sure some have noticed that I haven’t had much of a presence online.

I'm sure most of the forumers will disagree. We can always feel your presence in public comments/reply or via personal chat. KK always try their best to answer questions about their latest release and giving encouragement to people that have yet to win any of your raffle, despite being overwhelmed with producing artisans and keeping a balance with your own life. I personally feel that your share of presence is more than enough and you shouldn't be so harsh on yourself. You should know that there are people that are always supporting you and your creations.

I initially found out about you guys from your recent kosmonavt sale, which i unfortunately missed.
Since then, i have been on the watch for you guys, keeping up with the progress going on in KK.
Though what i say may not matter much, but i think the people can see what you guys have done for your fanbase and felt them through posts and pictures of them showing off their caps.
Though at this point i am yet a KK owner, i hope to join in soon and be part of this awesome community!

Keep up the good work and dont forget to take some rests in between!!

The fact I had to find out about when this particular sale was happening from someone on there, and not from your newsletter, was rather annoying. demik will agree with me here. There's nothing wrong with hyping your sales or having interactions with people, but when it becomes exclusive, that's meh.

I understand that this may seem exclusionary for those who do not participate in Slack chats. We appreciate your feedback and will be more cognizant of this moving forward.

As an aside, we find that people who sign up for our newsletters have different preferences for how often they want to be updated. For every sale we've announced, there have been a handful of unsubscribes. We find that there are people who only want to be alerted when a sale is live and those who want to updated with every change. Striking that balance has been difficult.

At the current time, we are considering a secondary mailing list for contests, small updates and blog posts. That way, people can opt in at their discretion. If anyone has any feedback on this idea, please feel free to share your thoughts.

I hope that artisan makers don't start announcing stuff on Slack.  I'm already on GH more than I probably should be and to add Slack to that, I'll be in some deep **** from work and/or wife.
