We has a strong meet in Montreal last year! The attempt to do it again this year kinda stumbled a bit but I'm sure one will happen again soonish!

Why did it stumble? Is there anything I could do to help?

I like the way you think. We tried to keep it as "flush" as possible while maintaining clearance for the encapsulation. We're pretty happy with the results. Check it:
