I'm not certain myself, but I have seen them printed on directly. From what I've seen of those printed ones, they seemed to have been done with a sort of stamp kit.

Lasered relengedables? Wow, I've only seen them printed on with washable ink/dye, wouldn't "permanent" print defeat the purpose of relengedables? hehe

if you mean the caps with the plastic transparent tops on, what I like to do is print things off, cut them to fit and then have a baller little pic in them.

I HAVE A BOOB KEY. That is all.

They are under the cap, so putting something over them (a piece of paper or such) would cover the legend under it.

That was another thought. I was thinking there would be pre-perforated pages that could be printed on and popped out to fit perfectly. Is this so?

if there are I don't have any... just use trial and error

I remember seeing a sheet of perforated squares with some relengendable caps somewhere. I'd like to say at SP, but my memory tends to become more vivid[ly wrong] over time.
40% layout, anyone?
