you like it shiny right?  :D

IMHO both are great, but in the long term...ABS shines, Cherry DS / GMK stuff shines and PBT, specially BSP and OG PBT Cherry sets (great smooth feeling) will keep their texture much much longer than Cherry DS / GMK ABS sets.

ABS that shines is the best

I feel like it adds a little personality to it. Like battle wounds, or something.

The velvet touch of a worn off thick ABS OG Cherry set is one the reasons to use a discrete mechanical keyboard. There is nothing wrong with BS or ALPS but there is no key caps like that for them, which is unfortunately.

Hack'd By Geeks is essentially sculpted SA Dolch with orange legends.

Okay, well, here are the reasons a brand new Dolch SA set would be preferable (to Hack'd):

1. It would be available (no scouring classifieds in futility).
2. White legends as per proper Dolch colorway.
3. Superior 1-1-2-3-4-3 row profile. (If I had anything to say about it anyway)
4. Proper R4 Shift keys with fixed legends.
5. Red ESC and RETURN keys.
