High contrast in-your-face colors might be the mood of the moment - look at all the purple sets in the queue. I actually prefer this set and look forward to the GB. One thing of note is the lack of regular shift key in the modifier kit, or is that just a rendering oversight? Not complaining, for selfish reason I'd rather have 1.75u shift as the default size so that jumped out at me.

Ah you're right. good eye! I will make the change. I can keep both 1.75 and 2.25u shift, but usually the 1.75u is only for the non-standard kit

Given the current interest count, I'm most probably going to run this set myself as a small limited group buy (fixed quantity).
In order to keep prices down, I suggest merging kits together just like I did with Grand Budapest, meaning selling 3 kits max:
- Base Kit: Alphas + Novelties
- Modifiers Kit: Standard Modifiers + Non-Standard Modifiers (60-65% Layouts) + Numpad
- 40% Kit: 40% Modifiers
I understand there is also demand for ISO, ergo, ortho kits but these wouldn't meet MoQ unfortunately.
By having just 3 kits which cover already a wide range of layouts, I can be sure to meet MoQ and keep costs down.
The pricing for the 3 kits above will be defined in the coming weeks. Stay tuned~
Let me know if you guys have any suggestions, or questions :)

I think you meant to say "198" available in the US since I'm getting one for myself and one for my daughter. This is one of the best designs I've seen. I love how the alphas remind me of the Japanese flag (red on white), how the brown is understated and muted, and the use of yellow throughout. Very excited by the yellow space bars too. In a world full of high contrast, neon colors, this set stands out and it the one I'm most excited for. Mito's Godspeed is probably the only other set that I feel as strongly about.

Oh my ****ing god! I was like "I need an Isle of Dogs kit so bad". I even thought about design one myself and proposed it here. I guess I was a little to away from geekhack the past few months and I am so pleased to see that it exist.
This set looks awesome! I am 100% in!! It will be a nice addition to my Budapest SA. The wait will be so long!
