If you're wondering why the low price, this board has been through a lot. I bought it back in 2011 and have used it on and off since then. The "A" switch died and was replaced with a new switch by myself, so the keyboard has been opened. I replaced that switch years ago and it still functions perfectly. None of the other switches have had any issues.
