Everyone, let's stop discussing kit layouts or suggestions for a moment.



The crux of the matter is that, OP has been MIA since late Jan.
NOTHING will get done until:

1. He comes back, or:
2. Someone somehow decides to move forward with this set without him, which few would want to do since it's kind of a gentlemen agreement among GB runners not to step on each other's toes. Even if the GB happens, what if he comes back at some point in the future and turns out he's not happy with someone else "stealing" his design?

For all we know, this set is stuck in limbo right now and might never reach GB.
Until this gets resolved, any other discussion is frankly pointless.

I see the light now; stealing designs when you feel like it is actually for the greater good of everyone. In fact, not doing it would be an injustice, we have to be practical here - we've done our fellow community members a disservice already by waiting this long to question our misgivings about plagiarising someone else's work. In the future if a group buy is unannounced or too far away for our liking, we should just do another gb with the identical colours, reuse the renders from the original IC and just cash out.. Oh I mean save everyone from those awful design hoarders whose idea it was in the first place, and whose time/money was invested into it.

I just want an Eva keyboard guys, unpopular opinion maybe, but I don't really care how it's done. It's not like you can copyright the Unit-01 colour scheme, as you're already copying the anime.

If two different sets show up I'll buy 2 versions of each, I don't care. I just love Eva lol

Personally, I haven't really watched Eva, I just LOVE the colors. The laser-green-on-purple is just amazing, and I NEED this on my purple Lyra.

lol, one step at a time, seeing as this set was supposed to run this month, my guess is that Mike is going to have to move stuff around to fit this set back into his schedule. I'm excited to see the progress of this set!

Seriously this is such great news, I'm so excited... Gonna Go get a 100% base, a pile of those Eva switches, and at least 2 sets of these keys (for spares). I'm never going to need another keyboard ever again, I'm just going to endlessly repair this one for the next few decades.
