Assembly 
The design is made up of 5 parts the top body, plate, bottom body, weight and, badge plate. when completely assembled only 4 screws are visible. the 4 screw holes line up perfectly with the 4 filleted corners to have a slightly industrial look to the design. The screws provide pressure to compress the o-rings slightly, the o-rings help to isolate the plate creating a different sound signature. The badge plate locks into the weight and is secured by grub screws instead of more traditional screws due to space constraints. The weight then screws into the bottom body again using grub screws once again. The 2 pegs at the back help for easier assembly for users.

The price does not look out of the ordinary to me, especially in today's standards

that being said the design looks pretty ordinary to me, nothing too special, nothing too wrong which may be a plus for other people but not for me. good luck with IC.

Why this over any other generic weighted rectangle?

Save the materials and machine shop hours for something that's actually different, frankly.

Are you making this post because you're excited about something you designed? Or are you hoping everyone will be foaming at the mouth to buy another 65% keyboard?

If you're excited about something you made, that's great. Post it on Instagram or Reddit. Share it in someone's Discord server.

From a selling standpoint ask yourself this: would you really be eager to spend $450 on a keyboard that you've only ever seen in renders?

Hello to everyone after receiving feedback from the community, changes have been made to the soldered layout, now with 7u spacebar and ISO enter support. Also after receiving feedback on finishes for the brass version has been finalized with a matte sandblasted finish. We are currently working with the manufacturer to try to reduce the costs of the keyboard to make it more accesible to more. We will continue to update you on any changes to the design on both discord and geekhack. Protos should be coming next month.
