Hello, please help
« on: Sat, 03 August 2019, 06:49:01 »
Sorry if this is not the correct way to introduce myself but I need help. I can't find a troubleshooting section on this forum so please direct me to anything like that if it exists.

I just finished hand wiring my keyboard and making a QMK firmware file and it doesn't work after flashing. It keeps making the windows disconnect sound every half second or so. The problem doesn't seem to be the wiring as directly shorting the arduino pins doesn't work either. I'm using an arduino pro micro and followed the QMK handwire guide. The firmware flash was successful so I don't think it's a bad connection. I would at least like to know about how to completely reset the arduino so that I can at least start over.
