• Everything else - Original Cherry ANSI dyesubs from a G80-3000SAU

Unforunately there's a small scratch on the < key on the dyesubs, but aside from that everything's perfect!

the layout is complete.

mods get a different color from alphanumeric keys.

Cocobolo is such a sexy wood.  How'd you finish it?  Is the front edge the only one that's rounded?  And how wide is that?  It looks like it's only 3-4" wide to me.

I patterned my wooden wrist-rests after the pictures of Filco and HHKB models that I've seen. The Cocobolo wood I bought was 3 1/2" wide x 3/4" thick and about 4 feet long, so I was able to make a few. I ran them through a planer to get the desired thickness to match the intended keyboard and milled the front edge on a router and fine sanded. The finish is natural (no stain needed) Cocobolo is very dense hardwood, waxed & buffed with Minwax paste wax and done. Expensive but very beautiful color and grain qualities.
