Yea they're quick to judge over there. Worst is when the first comment is "that keyboard looks hideous" or something and that starts off the chain, if you could delete it others wouldn't probably be so inclined to agree.  Had to delete re-upload a gallery once for that reason, didn't want to leave the strong negativity there for myself/others to see. Overall if the votes stay above 0 it means they like it, so I take comfort in that. Not that I need others approval but its nice to see

Nah it isn't. We all have our hobbies that we spend money on. A lot of people simply don't realize that spending a little a lot of times still accounts to a lot of money.
Hang out with a certain crowd and it gets normal that you spend X amount on Y. Cars, make-up, travel, ****s or drinking. It's all the same money you could have spent elsewhere.

Added trimmed soft landing pads to silence my HHKB JP and lubed the sliders with "EK MechLube 2 w/PTFE"... it sounds so *premium* after the mod, I love it!

i've been looking for something that won't effect the key travel  much. the pad you are using looks good comparing to the rubber o-rings i had.
