Yeah, whisker's the best and dan, I was thinking of something like this (courtesy of Tsangan):

Oh well, he watermarked his pics anyway so there's no need for me to mention names. lol

My thoughts exactly.  I really like the thick cable design, but I don't know how it will fit within the hole in the aluminum casing...

It can be done.  The Koreans have done it so can we.  :)

you might be able to squeeze it flat enough to fit in the space. otherwise time to break out the round files :)

Dude, dremel. Aluminum is so easy to file down cleanly. Just take your time with it.

Lol, just a picture I found :P Not a keyboard I own. I would die... I dust my keyboards everyday because I can't even stand to see dust on them :P

Got the Filco about a week ago and just got my white PBT keycaps from Qtan today, right happy to.

I was super stoked to get them on my Filco only to learn that I didn't have the stabilizers for the caps themselves ;_; So for now it just looks pretty.

And an adorable skull courtesy of Feng

All in all a good day so far.

Considering doing a removable cable mod on the Filco as well so I can 'hot swap' the keyboards whenever I want :D

I got the keyboard without keycaps and didn't really think anything of it.

I've already ordered some off of WASD so it's not that big of a deal, just a minor inconvenience.

Here is how it fits. My Cheats both have the thick cables. However, one of mine is PS/2 and instead of using the adapter and the switch under the spacebar I want to convert it to a USB Cable.

I love these together, they crack me up every time I look at them.  The LOD and the awesome face are perfect to represent the "emotions" of Alt-F4 to close and F5 to refresh.

I'm not sure how long I'll keep them on, I'm used to the ring now, but when my fingernail hits one, things become a bit more unpleasant.  I am in for the GH60 and am about to get one of the aluminum cases, so these will definitely make an appearance on that, too.
