I know this have been done a couple of time and most are not detailed enough so I decided to do a better version.

All you need are :
- a pair of angled tweezers
- a small flat-head screwdriver
- some patience

I use a completely different technique:

Just a large screwdriver used to gently force on one side then in the other, less patience and time needed.
The problem with quotes on the Internet is you never know if they are true  (Abraham Lincoln)

I'd rather have a gentler approach.
