I was looking around the forums and i couldn't find any threads about a step by step instruction about modding led's under clear keycaps. preferably on the filco. if anyone wants to explain or send me a link i'd be happy.

Putting leds on a filco would mean completely dismantle the keyboard, rotate all the keycaps, and replace the pcb or wire wrap all the keys.
The only non backlit keyboard who as the switch rotated correctly is the ducky 1087, afaik
