Pretty sure this was their first album after they reformed. Some of the songs were originally recorded as a new group called "Cinema", so it could potentially be quite different from the older stuff, but I may just take a look at it. This is their only album my family has on vinyl -- I think it was actually one of the albums both my parents bought independently.

Don't get me wrong, I still love that one.      But if you get a chance, I recommend going to your local record store and picking up some older stuff if you're not already familiar with it.  Their albums are typically not expensive and are readily available.      Interesting about 90125, though, I never knew that.

I might take a look around when I go back to school, but the closest thing I have in town at home is the recycling centre. While they have good prices for sure, their selection is somewhat less than stellar.

The CD version of that album has two versions of some of the songs. It has the nine songs from the vinyl release, as well as original or extended versions from the band's brief time as "Cinema" (plus a single remix of "Leave It". While I prefer the album versions of the songs, it's interesting to hear what other directions the band could have gone in. The fact that at least one of the extra tracks is subtitled "Cinema Version" is what made me look up the history of 90125 in the first place.

Found a copy of Fragile online, going to put that on while I fall asleep

Damn!  Major bummer about the lack of stores.    If it didn't cost an arm and a leg to ship to Canada, I'd just ship you a copy.  Hopefully you'll have some luck finding one at some point. 

And good choice, it's a good falling asleep album.

And what a rabbit hole it is!  I can't think of a single song by them that I don't really enjoy.    The good but also not so good news is that there are only three studio albums, so it's not too overwhelming.     I went on a huge binge when I got into them earlier this spring and basically listened to their albums on repeat (with some Marcy Playground mixed in for good measure) during the entire 14 hour drive to Halverson's place.
