AWW...YEAH! My favorite DP of all time, and I don't even like live albums that much. Used to be Homework, but I kept listening to Alive 2007 for a full year straight that I just had to dethrone the original.
I get depressed when I remember that I could've seen them live at Lolla 2007. I was going to get a ticket, but didn't want to pay the price of a full-day admission just to see Daft Punk. Looking back, I should've done it considering I paid way more to see other concerts.

I saw them at Rockness, was 100% worth it. I also have a pretty rare '07 tour tee that they only (I think) sold on the '07 tour. I don't understand how people can prefer Homework to Discovery or Human After All though...

It was the first CD I ever bought and they've been my favorite artists since, so it has sentimental value. I will say that Discovery is far better, but not Human After All.

Human After All is one of the most under-rated techno albums and did so much more for Techno than Homework did for house. I remember having to import this Japanese only Remix album, that game with software you had to use to rip the music from it to your PC, only the software was all in Japanese and it had like a custom UI so you couldn't just box text. Good times.

I'll give it another listen in its entirety. I haven't done that in years, and my tastes and moved slightly, so we'll see if I change my viewpoints. There are a few songs I thought were excellent from that album, but it didn't grab my ears as much as Homework did.
I'll get to it as soon as I'm done with my Bowie marathon.

Daft Punk is the only thing that managed to tear me away from that. Also new Tiga album in March.
