Hello everyone,

Jae (Jae-3soteric) has kindly passed this project onto us and after a long while, here we are!

Hyper 7 R3 Interest check

The NEW Hyper 7 R3 PCB's will include the layout below

The PCB's will be fully complete, with only the ribbon still needing soldering in place

We will run an option for PCB's only, as well as options for bent plate case (material still unknown at the moment but we're looking into CF, ALU, SS) and the 30 x 2u stabs you'll need (clip-in)

We're looking to run this alongside KAT Space Cadet which will give you all the keycaps you'll need. GB will hopefully start end of April and will last for a month. It MAY be limited to around 75
spaces.

We're actively producing a prototype which will be shown before the GB stage.

Man this + all the proper Space cadet caps does look awesome! I hopefully will be grabbing KAT Space Cadet so if I got the extra loot when this goes live I might just jump on a kit. Especially if a cheapish case can be offered for this as well. GL with the project moving forward guys!

This will definitely be happening. He's big but he's not "nevergonnahappen" big.

Rough Pricing:
PCB (1 x PCB breakable into 2) - £125 (old pricing was £100 R3 includes an extra row and layout options for top board)

Bent Metal Case (2 x bent brushed stainless steel plates with hardware) - £125 (old pricing was £100 for top plate, this includes 2 to make a sandwich case)

30 x Screw-in Stabilisers (with screws) - £50

Shipping will be calculated after order is placed.

GB page will be up soon. Please give me feedback on price to make sure this is feasible.

I've joined the GB for the Hyper7, and I want to make sure that I'm ordering the right KAT Space Cadet keycaps to go with it. Is it enough to order the Gray Alphas keyset and the Hyper 7 keyset? Or will I still be short some keys?
