Look great and I am probably in - only change I'm not so sure about is "Tools & Toys", I feel like previous version looked cleaner without it.

tools and toys can be seen on a lot of matrix boards so I think its part of their branding. I dont really mind either way

Yeah, not to be insulting.. but when I see Tools & Toys.. it reminds me of Fisher Price, or Toys R Us.  It does not exactly seem premium and I wouldn't want to call this a "toy".  If you were to remove the logo, you can probably have grooves similar to the other side of the case to keep it symmetrical.
