Looks like a GON NS MX-Mini or a custom by Kaliet, but I'm not sure since the bolts seem to be in slightly different places. But the overall design is the same as MX-Mini with metal top and bottom and acrylic/polycarbonate in between.

75% is the term you're looking for. That one is an MX Mini, there is also the KBT Race
