Title: What's the expected lifetime of Matias's Laptop Pro battery?

I hope it's well over 2,3 years. Otherwise, I will go with the Mini Tactile Pro, even though I dig the black keycaps more.

Another question: will the media and other Mac functions work on the Mini Quiet Pro for PC?

The battery should outlive the keyboard.

The battery is extra big is to allow for depletion over time. Brand new, you're getting 6 to 12 months on a single charge.  After 10 years, you'll likely get perhaps a month per charge -- still very respectable.  Many wireless keyboards only give you a few weeks use brand-new.

The media functions on the Mini Quiet Pro for PC all work on the Mac.

Thank you. I went with the Laptop Pro.

Barbara told me production just finished last week so I should expect to get the keyboard soon.
