Had an issue with keycap availability, and an order I put through last night needed to be changed. Despite already having boxed it up this morning, they didn't complain at all in switching my order. Boxed up a white Poker II instead of a black one no problem, and did it all over the phone in a few minutes. Thanks guys, definitely will be ordering again!  :thumb:

You must be joking! These guys are terrible!! I ordered a set of keycaps from them and they took HOURS getting everything ready and into the mail!

You must be joking! These guys are terrible!! I ordered a set of keycaps from them and they took HOURS getting everything ready and into the mail!
