Gok,

Could you please clarify if the blue case will be what you had originally shown in renders? The prototype blue that you had received, you had said was too dark and would not be accurate for production run, yet the latest renders and photos of blue case on the vendor websites all show a navy blue case close to the prototype you had received and not the brighter blue that is closer to Striker.

Thank you and great work! Glad we are finally here  :thumb:
Should be around the same as thr latest renders included in the gb pages which is darker than the render with striker but lighter and more saturated than the prototype.

The reference Pantone will be Poseidon.

Which color would you choose if you had only one choice, Gok?
Blue because I'm planning on using it with 3000SAT. Also have GMK Matrix-01 on the way for something with a bit more colour.
Speaking of that 3000SAT when   ^-^

After a few other epbt sets so it's in the pipeline but I don't know when exactly.

Quick question. If we receive a dead pcb, will it be possible to buy a replacement then? I dont have the funds to get the board and an extra right now and I'm worried about the possibility of a dead pcb

If it’s DOA you shouldn’t need to buy one. Just contact your vendor to sort it out.

Sorry what does DOA mean. I'm new to gbs and also oblivious when it comes to acronyms lol

Dead on arrival.

If it’s not working when you get it you shouldn’t need to buy a replacement.

If you break it you’d need to buy one.

Please extend the groupbuy!!!!! The outbreak is really affecting my budget.

With all due respect, this interest check was started in May of 2019... For all of us who have been waiting patiently PLEASE do not extend this lol

agreed

does anyone know if there will be typing or building demo? I am really curious about the new PCB design. How springy it will be.

The prototypes have been delayed, gok has mentioned he's hoping they'll arrive at the streamer's place for the typing test by the last week of the gb.

Hey, gok. Are you making a Group Buy thread for this? I was puzzled to see we're still having this discussion in the IC thread, while the GB is already running.

I didn't want to myself because I'm not administering the group buy but I guess I should. I'll do it tomorrow because I'm heading to bed.

Any chance that these artisans do exist? What are those? I have a feeling that I've seen them somewhere but cannot remember where off the top of my head.

It's the Rama wave liquid series.
The one on the left is midnight (would be called KURO under the new naming convention) and the other is moon.

Hey guys, gonna pick this keyb up but, what colour would match Modern Dolch Light well? I can't really picture it in my head but I am thinking white would be best.

Thanks

I think Modern Dolch Light will match pretty well with the white considering how neutral the color will be (in reference to the board) it will complete the keyset well but black is pretty neutral as well and I think that will go with anything

Do we have the sample of the final rendering of the blue colour?

I'm in a similar boat but I will most likely get the E-White. NathanAlphaMan's render (https://imgur.com/ZbW7hYd.png) for Evolv 75% with MoDoLight is probably the closest estimate of what it will look like on the 7V, with the exception of the knob of course.

I think the white will go really well with several upcoming, lighter themed keysets.
