45.  If it were 55, there's a higher chance that I'd not sell it, but 45 is too light.

I can now agree with that as I just bought 45g RF UB88, same looking as in the photo link to in post 1 apart from the return key and black Esc key, as it's a UK version.

Even though it's not a silenced one I really do like how calm and quiet it is though compared to the MX switches.  Maybe I could add thick silencing rings to shorten what I feel to be excess key travel.

It would appear that I prefer the MX-Reds as they are lighter to begin with and I don't have to overcome that hump after which it free falls to the end stop.

It's no doubt been posted many times,  but it would be so nice if I could simply purchase the 30g domes, silenced switches, the rest of the parts as a kit, and assemble my own spec Topre board.

I haven't really done any typing on the Topre yet as I can confirm that black (invisible) writing on black keys is to me as useful as a chocolate fire guard, an ash tray on a motorbike, etc, etc.

So those white keys caps mentioned above, are they still for sale?

They HAVE released entire 30g boards, so perhaps we will see more in the future.

I like them light, although I have noticed that I do activate the 'A' accidentally when I have my hand resting on WASD in games.

Upon reflection I think I may have assumed incorrectly that the keycaps in question were for Topre.  I now think they are for Cherry MX.  Which is correct?  I already have original 1990 ISO Cherry double shots on my MX-Red board.  I need Topre white light caps with black or dark writing.

Topre certainly don't make their products easily accessible.  Not in the UK anyway.
