I think that this addon

Also, do we know the cost that SP would charge to create a custom pink ?

Is it as bad as making a custom pbt spacebar or ?

Not cheap to make the custom pink.

Also I quite like the teal on pink F5-8 too.

I'm not sure about the diagonal GeekHack key. You'd have to reduce the size of the font quite a bit to fit it on the workable area. Also I personally don't think it looks so good...

I'll take a pink on white WASD cluster, alt/win/crtl/menu keys. Then teal on pink ESC, F5-8 and arrow keys.
I know this is not meant to be complicated, but for those of us that don't want all pink or white modifiers, we should have the option to mix them with white and pink caps.

But I guess keeping it simple would be buying the white and pink add ons separately and mixing them ourselves.

Okay, so, I have been tossing this concept through my mind as to buy this set or not and I have decided that if the set comes out After the either order or ship date of the Cream Cheese I am in.

I want a delay on this, personally, so that I have the time to collect money for the two other 87 key sets that I am obligated to buy by association or awesome factor and for the reason that in buying this set I will essentially be pigeon holed into buying a PLU-87 with solid ping color.

Splitting white and pink keycaps into 2 different addons could be possible, but usually cost wise it's more cost-effective to group everything into a single addon set.

that's 10$ more per set if we get to 50, I personally wouldn't mind if we can get a kick-ass pink instead of the bland pink they have :/.

Personally I already think the price is high enough without adding custom colors and any more options. The base set and one version of alternates I think is plenty. We seem to have a good consensus on the base set, and the special Miami and flamingo keys most people seem to be good with. We just need to all agree/compromise on one version of the alternates and I think we can get this rolling.

Yes, the white keys/ legends will be WA, pure as the driven snow, never fear.
I thought about doing some special 'weapons' legends for the numbers keys on the gamer set, ala the counterstrike set, with like a straight razor for the knife, uzi, AK, etc... but at $35 a pop, it adds up.

I can live with 2 GH keys, the chic and the square. No way am I giving up the flamingo!

The traditional geek hack like monthly ones is so trivial to add, there is really no point not to if everyone wants it. We could even just do a direct esc replacement, and not even have to add an extra key, is that good?

I agree that the Scarface movie thing would no work on a doubleshot, and am not going to be mixing in random dyesubs, plus there may be copyright issues as well...
Not a terrible idea, but I don't really want to add any specific movie, game or what have you novelty keys to this. Any ideas for general Miami related things may be considered though.
