Yes, but that was my mistake, I accidentially gave you the wrong zip code. I checked what I sent to boost and it is correct. Chicago wins for worst USPS service - http://consumerist.com/2007/03/chicago-has-the-worst-mail-delivery-in-the-us.html

Honestly, I've never had an issue with receiving packages (other than the one reaper mentioned which was entirely my fault)

It's probably because the picture was taken in the dark. lol

person and human have worked well for me too. Presumably a human voice on the line constantly without a proper 'phrase hit' will trigger the fail-over.
