There's a load of old keyboards that have just come up on ebay UK, I'm posting them here incase anyone's interested.
Model M UK layout (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Original-Genuine-IBM-PS-2-Clicky-Keyboard-PtNo-1391406_W0QQitemZ230248881452QQihZ013QQcategoryZ33964QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)
Cherry ML (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Cherry-Electrical-Cherry-ML4100-MINI-KEYBOARD-CHERR_W0QQitemZ230248920385QQihZ013QQcategoryZ33964QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) ('rare mini AT format' apparently, although the control key isn't in the right place for an AT layout)
Dell AT102R (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/3-x-Joblot-Job-Lot-Keyboards-Dell-Microsoft-Alps_W0QQitemZ140229469091QQihZ004QQcategoryZ33964QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)
Cherry G80-1800 'click tactile' (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CHERRY-COMPACT-101-KEY-TACTILE-KEYS-G80-1800HFG-09_W0QQitemZ190219229843QQihZ009QQcategoryZ33964QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) and another (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CHERRY-COMPACT-101-KEY-TACTILE-KEYS-G80-1800HFG-09_W0QQitemZ190219230086QQihZ009QQcategoryZ33964QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)
Silitek AT keyboard (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/New-AT-keyboard-boxed-Silitek-SK41000R-2B_W0QQitemZ360048559364QQihZ023QQcategoryZ96882QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) (not sure if this one is mechanical)
EDIT: Yes, I know this isn't a lot by the standards of ebay US, but compared to what's usually up here it's quite a few.

That cherry g80 is using blue cherry switches.

The seller says this one uses grey or "old white" switches.....any info about what type of switches these are?

Dell AT102R (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/3-x-Joblot-Job-Lot-Keyboards-Dell-Microsoft-Alps_W0QQitemZ140229469091QQihZ004QQcategoryZ33964QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)
According to Dell (http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/dta/26756/00000003.htm), the AT102R has rubber dome keys. I guess that's what the R stands for. (The AT101/AT101W/AT102/AT102W keyboards have black Alps key switches. From the auction listing picture, the AT102R looks identical to a plain AT102 keyboard.)

Ah, I did wonder what the R stood for. At 20 million actuations it sounds like it might be a good rubber dome though. Maybe a good candidate for anyone looking for a quiet keyboard?
