Have you considered my idea of offering a matching ESC key? In my opinion another polycarbonate key would would improve the symmetry of a set that uses such a spacebar.

We've come across a roadblock for the prototypes as they are $65 each..
We'll see what we can do.
The colors of the spacebars are exactly the same as our current line of translucent keycaps in our shop for those who are increasingly curious.
We apologize for this and will try our best to find a solution.

One thing I do wonder is how much the stem/s show through when sitting in front of the keyboard.  I'd guess pretty well, as you'd expect.

That's correct. This is the standard for Filco, Ducky and many other modern keyboards. A prominent exception are Leopold Keyboards: Although they have a 6.25 spacebar they use different stem positions.

If you want a plain black space bar, several places sell those.

If you want a translucent dark coloured space bar, that is something slightly different, but there are sets around with something similar.

The United States Post Office is known to not update tracking for First Class shipments for unknown reasons. We've experienced occasions where some people received their item even though their tracking # showed Electronic Shipping Info Received. Rest assured it is incredibly rare for a package to go undelivered or lost.
