New here. Not much interesting about myself. I've had a thing for mechanical keyboards for a fair while, though I'm still in the "try-it-out to see what I like" phase and I change/trade/donate boards frequently.
I own or have owned a Topre Type Heaven, FKB4725 (Peerless), Unicomp Model M, Tesoro Tizona (Kailh Blue), Logitech G910 (Romer-G), Ortek MCK-201 (Alps clone) and some MX red board I can't remember the name of.
I've a mind to get a hall effect board next, which probably means an APT (Ace pad tech), as they seem the only game in town when it comes to modern working HE boards (I think ?).
Also curious about a genuine IBM Model M, as I've heard they're slightly but notably nicer than the Unicomps ?.
Thanks for having me here !. I look forward to tapping the wisdom of people who know a heck of a lot more about keyboards than I do (especially the technical aspects of how keyboards work, which is also very interesting, if a bit above me sometimes
