The only area that I have had a problem with so far is the alu back plate. I can get the screws in and out, but there is a section in the middle of the threading that is tough to get past.

Whatever happened with the Kira S 10 key? I realized I might want one after all.

Screws should all be M3, that's what I used for my prototype and I don't think EVE changed them. No word from zF yet, I don't have any updates.

yeah, all M3 and i use stainless hardware from an RC company i deal with, they use the same hardware and sell them with different heads and lengths.

Priority buy participant here. No invoice yet.

Same here, no invoice nor mail reply. Not sure what the point of the priority buy was if everyone else are getting their boards ahead of time. Don't think they would need 2-4 extra weeks just to engrave the numbers. I'm sure we will all get it eventually, but it's frustrating.

Just went to build one of my boards and realized the USB port on one of my PCB's is smashed and pretty much unfixable, anywhwere i can buy a new one and just de solder this one? or should i hit up ZF and just pray they feel like helping me.

Regardless of how you go about it, I'd recommend contacting zfrontier about getting a replacement. It's not like the kit was cheap. It's pretty ridiculous to pay and get a broken pcb and just leave it at that. Definitely see about getting it replaced

yeah ill send ZF a message and see what can be done im not in a rush its my spare pcb for my brass plate but i do want it fixed so when i want to build that plate i can. i may order a few usb mini ports and try to fix it my self tho too.

I love how these guys (zfrontier) just think that we need to be attentive to their every whim, on their schedule, with no clue as to when things will happen.

Im heading out of the country (for an extended period of time) next week and now I have to bring my electronics to constantly check my email daily to pay this shipping invoice whenever they feel like sending it. So i can actually get my damn keyboard that I paid for.


Boycotting zfrontier, and smearing this joke-of-a-company every chance I get. Incompetence, 0 communication, emails ignored, 0 customer service.

EVE just informed me through Louis that zF should be shipping out the numpads within 15 to 20 days, he doesn't know the plan for the kits with the wrong colors though. He also apologized for his mistakes and promises to take customers more seriously.

Saw a similar notice on QQ, zf had contacted Eve and promised to send the payment for the numpads. Should the payment arrive, the numpads will shipped out within 15 to 20 days. Apologies for the delay, on behalf of zf.

Did you get an invoice? Nothing here so far, and no reply to mails. I picked Poseidon Blue case and Pearl Blue plate, both "problem" colors. Maybe Pearl Blue is holding my order back, but who knows since there's no communication? I've seen Poseidon Blue Kira TKL go up on mechmarket already, and my "priority" GB board might not even be finished...

I don't think EVE changed anything (ie. screw holes), I've attached the file.

edit: to the guy who downloaded the earlier file this new attachment might work better.

Hi thesis, do you have an ANSI plate file by chance? Looking to make a POM plate if or when I eventually get this kit.
