What grade Maple Syrup and intensity do you like the most?

Grade A Amber is my favorite for anything other than waffles and pancakes, those are best with Grade B IMO

Canadian drivers are the worst I've ever seen, and I live in South Florida.

Seriously, South Florida drivers see the yellow light and floor it, but at least they stop on red. Canadians see a red light and floor it to try and get through the intersection while it's clear.
