[SOLD] Another Ortek MCK-142 Pro
« on: Sat, 24 February 2018, 02:36:18 »
...Here's another Ortek MCK-140 Pro that looks unused (seller says they think it is):

Ortek MCK-142Pro Vintage Programmable Keyboard | ALPS | NWOB

What a grand toy with a ridiculous number of keys. Slap two AA batteries in the back, and you can press "Select" to program one or more keystrokes or combos to any of the extra keys. I can't tell you how hard I must resist getting this. [sounds of teeth gnashing, garments being rendered]

$105.00 + 8.04 shipping, OBO—though if you want it, I'd just BIN, because you're not going to see more of them anytime soon.

I saw this earlier and was definitely tempted, but it looks like it might have come with SKBM switches - granted, the picture isn't very good, but I'm not seeing the slits that are characteristic of classic 'pine' Alps. I have two of these already with SKBMs, and they're a disappointment in that one regard.

But it's NBD - this one sold quickly.
