Title: Was there ever a GMK "Troubled Minds?"

I had this conception in my head of a GMK "troubled minds" set, but I guess it only exists in SA?

Does this mean that there's no GMK set with this colour scheme:

I saw someone using this scheme on a text terminal application, and it looked pretty good in digital form.
