Howdy!

This place is a money-vacuum, so prepare yourself for that before you venture too far.

Welcome to Geekhack!

What keyboard will you be using until you build your Phantom?

What do you think of Python and JavaScript?  I really like Python and use it for anything I can think of.  JavaScript is just silly.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

oh, well. I'm using 5$ keyboard that no branded and made in china.
so I brought Apple G4 Keyboard from dusty box, but... yeah... It's bad. BAAAAD.
It feels like touching lego 1x1 blocks to heel every single typing.

and saying about both langs, I want to summarize 'python 2.X killed 3.X star' and 'got int overflow with too many XXX.js while counting'
but python wins in my mind, with super-duper-code readability and high productivity which I simply calling 'pythonness'.

The black Apple G4 keyboards?  I have one from my G4 PowerMac.  It was ok, it still works, but definitely doesn't compare to a mechanical keyboard.

Yay for Python!  I use Python for all sorts of things, and if Just Works (tm).  I was supposed to be learning JavaScript at work, and it was a moment of intense joy when I managed to get something working for one of the exercises in the book we were using.  Turns out my solution was not what they intended, but it produced the same result.  A silly language, JavaScript :p
