Why subtract the main pack from your order?

This is why Ivan's Group Buys fail because you lot start ditching the choices he offers.  You jump in all the way and order everything he offers that way the moq is finally met and the Germans will be pleased.

He puts a lot of effort in making a key-set that stands out from the rest yet still makes it look cool to use for decades to come.  His Dolch was so successful and yet we still have those that could of participated whining about missing out, that's not right nor is it decent in any respect.

Can understand his frustration because GMK isn't easy to kick-off or meet but if you have people walking away hoping someone else to pick up all the orders then forget it, this has always got to be a team effort in meeting their moq's.

Just thought I'd mention this... RGBY.. please Y for the window key. I know not everyone uses it, but it will give us the option for stock keyboards that don't have any other choice.

And PLEASE don't go with the nasty N6 yellow, I think the CV yellow looks a lot more crisp and would have a nicer contrast with Black.

I thought it was CMY on black. That was the logic for not changing the mod pack bill was doing to a CMY on Black.  RGB, meh, CMY, awesome.

I thought it was CMY on black. That was the logic for not changing the mod pack bill was doing to a CMY on Black.  RGB, meh, CMY, awesome.

I've seen him mention both but I'd be more keen on the RGB legends, the picture he posted ages looked amazing and I've never been a big fan of CMY.

That would be a shame, but I can see why you are getting frustrated with this.

Doing something that wasn't done before just isn't feasible with GMK's MOQ...

I think Intelli's Triumph Adler set should be the standard for legends and keys included. If you take this and come up with a nice color scheme I am sure it will be just as successful as your Dolch GB.

I agree, I would ask those that are ordering the full set to consider switching to the mod pack so that we at least get something awesome from this GB.

Yep, they're so cheap that it doesn't bother me that I have like 20 laying around from the last buy. Plus its not like they're available anywhere else regularly, better to stock up when you have the chance.

According to the discussions on DT, it seems like a few people who would be interested in beige mods don't buy the Mod set because they think they'd only need a small and cheaper Moogle kit that they can combine with their old Cherry caps.

It might help the Mod pack if it could be shown that GMK beige and Cherry vintage beige (at least on part of the sets) are actually slightly different, like Ivan suggested they are. So there would be a demonstrable advantage in replacing all the beige caps using this full Mod set instead of using just a Moogle kit.

The mod set would be great for me, it's relatively easy to find cherry alphas and super hard to find the mods, given all the layout variations. I'm not actually keen on the set itself, reverse colours looks odd to me, but I appreciate the effort that's gone in from Ivan all the same.

This is exactly opposite of why I want this pack. I have a lot of vintage stuff, 101-key OG dyesubs (pbt) on the way, only missing a few keys to re-adapt to 1800/Lightsaver/whatever layout, and this modpack is crucial for adapting that vintage set to be used with any common layout I could possibly want.

I doubt keeping it open any longer will help. This has been open so long that a bunch of people who did sign up originally have probably dropped out.
