He has done it for me numerous times, so I suspect it's there but not officially offered.
Just be nice and ask him and of course pay whatever he demands, after all you are asking for something extra that isn't listed.
For me, I am almost never at home plus spending months soldering each and every switch would push me over the edge of sanity, so I need his FULL service without question here at what ever price he sees fit to apply. When you're buying an LZ creation never argue or complain about the price. Always behave like a customer at Seinfeld's Soup Nazi's episode, pay the man, ask what you want then step aside and wait for the delivery.
That way you get a keyboard that most here on Geekhack have dreamed about.
