Another lurker emerging from the shadows
« on: Tue, 03 November 2015, 16:26:08 »
Long time lurker, finally got off my ass to say hello. :)

My babies are (1) Poker II, MX Clear with Eve Modifiers/Granite alphas, (2) Pok3r, MX Clear with Decked Out [no pics yet], (3) Ducky Year of the Goat, MX Black.

Looking forward to getting more involved.

Welcome! Looks like you also love the feel of clears :thumb: BTW, I really like the look of the Eve set on the pokerII. I couldn't get this set out of my head for a long time. Any thoughts on getting a TKL?

Welcome to Geekhack!

So you like stiffer switches?  Nice :)

And white cases - white cases go with most keycap sets.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
