The bottom-right blocker length is shorter in this render than on the Basic mockup or prototype pictures.
How long will it be on the actual production boards?

Good eye.  Looks like the board has a 6.25 space bar but the render used a 7u

I was thinking about putting SA Lime on this board but can't decide on the colors.
Grey-Silver or Silver-Gray or maybe something completely different?
Any suggestions?  :blank:

It's a tough choice, but it doesn't matter. Give me a minute. I'll show you two renders on my computer, and then you can make a decision

Hm yeah I think the Silver-Gray will fit the SA Lime the most. Going with green would probably be too much color.

I just saw the built video from KeyClack on Youtube and I'm a bit confused with the key placement options for the modifier keys (ctrl, alt, super) on the right side of the spacebar.
Is it possible to place two 1.25 keys and one 1.0 key there on the AOP version?
In the layout preview for AOP it looks like there are three 1.0 keys placed next to each other but that wouldn't work with SA Lime since it doesn't have the R3 keys in that size.

Edit: A higher resolution image of the PCB might be helpful for this.

Edit No.2: I took a close look at all pictures and it seems that the bottom row is 16.25 keys wide. With the STT layout having a 0.25 spacing between the left arrow and the rightmost modifier key.
So it should be possible to fit two 1.25 keys and a 1.0 key next to a 6.25 spacebar on the AOP layout. Or have I miscalculated that? :)

Layout would be:
1.25 1.25 6.25 1.25 1.0 1.25 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0

hm ok so what I though about will not work.
Too bad that the lime set doesn't have enough row3 keys in single width size...

Edit: Just realized that there is the newer version of SA Lime by Signature Plastics that has more R3 modifiers in single width size. Will probably go with that even if it is more expensive.
Should be better anyways since the Maxkeys version had the bad crackling problems...

Oh, my fault.  This is the case, the rendering  is the old version (just to show the effect has not been updated, sorry), the layout diagram is a new version.
About the production cycle, This time it should be soon,in fact, the CNC of bottom shell has all been finished .
After the end of the GB, production and oxidation should be completed within 2-3 weeks. The rest is packing, because I try to lighten the overall weight.

Are there Pantone color codes for the case colors? Because I'm still not really sure about the gray.
In the black-gray comparison renders the gray mid-piece looks much darker than in the picture with the macbook (where it looks nearly white).

Edit: speaking of these two images.

Edit2:
Is it normal that the zFrontier support takes forever to answer emails?

Does anybody how long it usually takes the support to answer mails?
I sent them a question about 3 days ago and still no answer.
I also replied to their autoreply yesterday to maybe bump the ticket in their support system but still nothing.
Getting ignored by the support is not really cool since the GB ends in a few days.  :(
Anybody know another way of how I can contact them?

Id say that sounds about normal. I had a missing keycap from a JTK set I bought from them, and a representative (not bot) responded to me only after 6 days.

Once they do respond, theyre really helpful though.

Yeah 6 days won't help at all since the GB ends in 4 days...

Edit: Guess I won't buy the board then. For such high-priced products I was expecting a little bit better support...

Er,say sorry frist. but it is really  make me a little dizzy, because I remember  I replied to your  question.

You asked me about the layout of the bottom line, and I replied.

You asked me about color, and I replied.

now I really don't know what kind of problem you are talking about? Now let me ask you a second question, and then I'll reply to you.

Sorry, man.I really don't know what problems you are referring to.

If it's about the MAXKEY, I can't help you either, because I don't know them  more than you.

If it is the color of the case, I  rember I have sent you many pictures.

It's just something with zFrontier.
I asked them a few things about the shipping and customs handling and they simply do not answer any emails at all.

While this hasn't been clarified, the PCB clearly supports through hole leds for each switch and since it uses Bootmapper at the very least I think one will be able to adjust led brightness through the utility
