Did anyone hear from Vala.supply?

Actually I bought several keycaps from vala.supply. But It has been two weeks without getting any updates about my order. Do they really ship their orders? Does anyone meet this also?

I placed an order for In-Stock stuff in Late July and it just now shipped on Tuesday. They're slowly fulfilling in stock orders alongside their backlog of Group Buy orders from the looks of it

I placed the order (in stock) in 19th July. It has been three weeks and its not getting shipped at all.

Have they even generated the shipping label for you yet? Or are you still stuck on only having the Order Confirmation?

It's something like [Payment Status - Paid] - [Fulfillment Status - Unfulfilled]. I think there's no label generated? I didn't get any updates regarding to the shipment anyway. No emails and nothing changed on vala.supply's website. :(
