Still haven't tested fitment and I'm still figuring out the mold (hence some of the color bleed), but here's an early quad cast.

Love your quad casts, especially the ones that are in pastel colors! Hoping to find a Topre Dolly V2 in those lighter shades, but alas, the V3 has arrived! Much excites for da sale.

This is gorgeous. I'm besides myself thinking about how well you've managed to capture such bright colors and maintain visible detail from the sculpture.   Bravo!

Still haven't tested the fitment of these yet and I'm using a new silicone, so I'm working out the kinks, but I think I've figured out the mold and how to work with it.  I should be getting some interesting results this go around.

Props man! Your cap making and photo skills have me tipping m'fedora in your direction. I really like the contrast with the trans colour, the smooth of the fn and the detail of the dolly, especially on the blue.

Topre was the same as MX.  BS were all freebies, if I remember correctly.  There were two types there, a couple that had fitment issues on some boards due to the face and the second run.

Yours is technically a BS V1.2.

This is the original one that has a fitment issue on certain boards:

Thanks.  I'm having fun with them.  My one mold busted already (new silicone that didn't like the bottom of the mold much), so I'm doing another one with a new silicone.  I hopefully should be able to have at least a small MX sale by the end of the month and probably will give some away as I am wont to do.

And since I love cut in half shots, here's a defective quad shot I cut into pieces.  I should probably move to a resin with a longer work time since it would let me do even more shots and coloring techniques, but I love the challenge of doing a successful quad shot when I have to work quickly under pressure.

Different caps and different resins require different technique.  That's just an insight into one of them.  Multishots are a combination of timing and technique, where technique is both in visualizing how the mold will work when working on the master and knowing how the mold and resin will react when casting.

That is awesome! I see the new MX stem is being used as well,  is that the round edged one that will fit the topre-to-MX sliders?

I'me loving érthe Dolly v2, but I still want a v1 too!  :o

Omg congrats they look amazing....

@ Nubbz
Your v1 was one of my fave caps unfortunately I didn't find them til you were almost done with the v2  :)) so I am pretty freaking excited to hear you will still be including some in your sales. I am really digging your work on the new one as the detail Of your sculpting looks amazing and your colorways look insanely good  :p not to mention your FNs. The texture is great and from the pics it looks as if you have made some sort of pattern and or symbol with the shot.
Anyways everything looks just STELLAR and I wanted to let you know and I am really excited great stuff  :p
